The catalyst for his passion occurred when his supervisor, Chris R., approached him with a broken company iPad Air, seeking Shane’s expertise for its repair. Leveraging his prior computer repair experience gained through a rigorous high school training program, Shane fearlessly accepted the challenge.

With a few instructional videos from reputable sources such as YouTube, Shane skillfully and flawlessly completed the repair. Recognizing his remarkable talent, his boss entrusted him with additional iPads, solidifying Shane’s growing reputation. Inspired by his success, Shane invested the earnings from these initial repairs in a comprehensive training course, ultimately achieving certification in the field. This pivotal moment led him to establish a modest booth within his local flea market, marking the birth of Pro iDoc in 2015 when Shane was merely 18 years old.

In 2017, Pro iDoc transformed into Pro iDoctor following the acquisition of the domain ProiDoctor.com.
